The Duties and Responsibilities of this position include the following:

• Provide supports and materials to clients to develop strategies for life management and employment readiness
• Develop resume in collaboration with client
• Meet with individauls one on one to hold career management sessions based on individual's needs
• Work collaboratively with case manager and employer liaison to ensure client reaches goal realization
  

• Post secondary education in Career Development, Employment Counseling and/or life skills certification
• Experience working with unemployed Albertans
• Resume development skills required
• Knowledge of community resources as asset
